Red Moon Architect is a Finnish band from the town of Kouvola, formed in 2011. The group was originally started as a solo project by drummer and keyboardist Saku Moilanen, but soon grew into a full band. Their music is best described as melodic doom metal, characterized by a mix of heavy, slow-paced guitar riffs, atmospheric keyboards, and a dynamic vocal approach that combines low death metal growls with beautiful, clean female vocals. The band has released six studio albums, including their debut "Concealed Silence" (2012) and their latest, "October Decay" (2025), and are signed to the German label Noble Demon
