Space Space [Part 2]

The “Space Space Ep Part 2” contains 4 original tracks that dive deep into house with a more abstract and mental edge. Red & Blue immediately captures your attention with an original, sensual guitar and vocal lines. Remix duties are courtesy of the Deep Explorers. Behind the Scene is a more up beat number with an atmospheric organ spinning around through some casual effects. Mind Games is a more techy and maybe harder one, but still warm and full of texture. Mahal was influenced by the Japanese airwaves in the 80’s and 90’s which featured a lot of far out, experimental jazz and rock bands such as Asmuth for example. Formerly a guitarist in a 80’s noise band, you can hear Mahal’s musicianship come through deep into the mix.
