The Simulation

Bern-based Youen seems omnipresent at the moment. Thanks to his much anticipated album Sugar Space as well as an ongoing high quality music output the current attention is well deserved.Simulation is the second highly promising teaser for the mentioned album.Youen has come up with quite charmer here. Simulation distributes an irresistible good mood vibe without being cheesy in the slightest but smooth and humble instead. Wisely and well-chosen sound elements put together in a homogenous overall package, this guy definitely got the formula. With the B-side Hearts & Ears Youen, a collabo track with his buddy Le Berger, keeps up the good vibe. By picking up a super laid-back atmosphere combined with some serious grooving drums it seems impossible not to respond with severe arse-wiggling. There's no doubt this Swiss gent has us by the shorts and curlies thanks to his knack for great music. We're super excited for the album.
