Lead Wings

Album opening track, Lead Wings, taken from DAWN OF SOLACE's sophomore record, directly showcases in perfection where the full-length Waves will be heading to. After its rough and blistering doom rocking intro, Lead Wings continues to lead us into the deepest melancholy, wrapped into a finest death and slow-burned doom juggernaut. This first single leaves us in a hunger for more, but after 13 long years the wait is over, as DAWN OF SOLACE – the solo-project by Wolfheart / Before the Dawn mastermind Tuomas Saukkonen – will finally return with his second album, Waves, on January 24th 2020 via Noble Demon! This an unchained and exciting affair feeding off of melancholic doom and dark progressive rock majesty!
